Shipping policy

General Shipping

All incoming orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. For Canadian orders we ship from our Vancouver location. For US orders, we use our partner facility in Washington State.

We ship with a number of options including Intelcom, UniUni, Canada Post and USPS. Rates are dependent on the size and weight if your order. Most orders include a flat rate fee of $4.99-$9.99. We offer expedited shipping options at checkout.

You will receive tracking for all orders.

Orders from our team can take 2-7 business days to arrive. For West Coast expect 2-4 business days and for East Coast expect 4-7 business days.

All orders above $75 receive free ground shipping. You can always choose to expedite shipping at checkout for an added cost.

Local Pickup

We offer local pickup at our Downtown Vancouver co-working space. We only offer local pickup twice a week (1) Wednesdays from 12:00PM - 4:30PM and (2) Fridays from 11:00AM - 3:30PM. We do not cover parking fees or any other costs related to your local pickup. You must select this option at checkout!

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to many countries outside Canada and the USA. These include Great Britain and the EU. International orders are shipped and processed within 48 hours. We use Canada Post or PostNL to fulfill international orders. Any customs or duties are not included in our prices and may be charged to you upon entry into your country or upon delivery to your address.

Lost Packages

If your order shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please notify us within 14 days of the delivery date. We’ll do our best to help resolve the issue, but we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds beyond this window due to carrier limitations.
