Refund policy


We want you to love your gear — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition you received them — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt, order number, or proof of purchase

Important: All returns must be approved and submitted through our Returns Portal. Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

Checkout+ Returns

  • If you opted in to Checkout+: Your return label is included! You can return or exchange your item(s) for free via our Returns Portal.

  • If you opted out of Checkout+: No worries — you can still submit a return request, but return shipping costs are your responsibility. Return labels should be purchased directly through our portal.

Package Protection

We do our best to ensure your items arrive safely. If you opted into Checkout+, your package is fully protected. In the rare event it’s lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, we’ll replace it free of charge. If your order shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please notify us within 14 days of the delivery date. We’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.

Exchanges

We offer direct exchanges through our Returns Portal. We make things super easy and convenient for you to change sizing, hands, or exchange for a different product all together. Please note: exchange orders will not be prepared for shipment until after the original item is received and inspected. 

Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@dadafunk.com so we can make it right.

Return Conditions & Exceptions

  • Returns must use our company-issued return label to be processed. Items returned outside of this process will not be accepted or refunded.

  • Refunds do not include the original shipping cost.

  • Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method or store credit.

  • Incorrect or non-approved items sent back will not be returned or compensated.

  • Bundle orders will be refunded based on the discounted item value of returned products.

  • International orders shipped outside of the U.S. or Canada are not eligible for refund, but may qualify for store credit.

  • Marketplace orders (Amazon, TikTok, etc.) must be returned through those platforms directly.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped into the EU, you have a 14-day cooling-off period, where you may cancel or return your order for any reason. Items must be in original condition and packaging.

Lost Packages

If your order shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please notify us within 14 days of the delivery date. We’ll do our best to help resolve the issue, but we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds beyond this window due to carrier limitations.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
